Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
We process all orders within one business day. Custom items must obviously be produced after ordering. In order to ensure the best quality and longevity, production processes take time - they usually require printing, then drying time before laminating (and more drying time after laminating canvas prints), then finally cutting or mounting.
A quick overview of estimated production times:
- Stickers and similar products - less than 2 business days.
- Stretched canvas prints - approx. 5 business days.
All items are dispatched immediately when they are completed, to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
For deliveries within Australia we utilise Australia Post and other shipping companies. Costs and options are displayed during checkout, and may vary depending on the product/s purchased and location.
Free shipping is offered on all products. Please note that free shipping usually does not include tracking or insurance. Express Shipping (including insurance) is available at extra cost on most products.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping to New Zealand, US & Canada, and Europe is available on most products. If you are in another part of the world please contact us for availability and estimated costs. All duty and taxes (where applicable) are to be paid by the customer upon receipt of shipment.
Stretched Canvas Art Prints are not available for international shipment due to the limitations and risks of shipping. If you are outside Australia, we can arrange unframed canvas prints to be sent rolled up. You can then arrange stretching and mounting by a local specialist framer. Please get in touch for details and costs.
ORDER TRACKING
Order tracking is available on Express Shipping and some other delivery methods where available. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and, depending on shipment method, may also receive a tracking number which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
